Chicken and Sausage Chili

Ingredients
- 4 ea chicken thighs, bite-size chunks
- 2 ea sweet Italian sausage, bite-size chunks
- 1 ea sweet onion, bite-size chunks
- 4 T flour
- 2 C beef broth
- 28 oz cn peeled tomatoes, bite-size chunks
- 2 ears corn, kernels
- 2 T dried oregano
- chili powder, to taste
Instructions
- Brown the chicken, sausage and onions in a stew pot, then stir in the flour. Add the broth, tomatoes, and oregano, bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes.
- Add the corn and simmer until the corn is done. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Plate and serve.
